The insurer may appoint a surveyor or conduct an investigation to verify the claim details. Cooperate fully and provide any requested additional information.
Step 4: Claim Settlement
Once verified, the insurer will process your claim. The approved amount will be disbursed directly to you or the service provider (e.g., hospital, garage) as per your policy terms.
