9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
